How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the header. Fill in your details including name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
How do I become a B2B customer?
Register with a B2B account type and provide your company details. Our team will verify your business and activate wholesale pricing within 24-48 hours.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.

Orders

How can I track my order?
Go to Dashboard > Order History and click on your order ID. You'll see real-time tracking information including estimated delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it from your Order History page. After that, please contact our support team for assistance.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery. B2B customers can also pay via bank transfer.
How do I apply a coupon code?
During checkout, you'll see a "Coupon Code" field. Enter your code and click "Apply". The discount will be reflected in your order total.
